General Conditions

PAYMENT

To prepare your order: For those up to €500 in merchandise, we require immediate cash payment to confirm and send the order for processing.

For orders over €500, we require a 50% deposit of the quote to confirm and send the order for preparation. The shipment of the goods from our workshops will take place once the balance of the payment has been settled. In summary, payment is made before delivery.

We only accept bank transfers.

THE DEADLINES

All our products are handcrafted in our workshop in Marseille. Our order preparation times are a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks (except for pre-order products).

HANDMADE

All our products are handcrafted and may have some imperfections.

Our way of working is artisanal, and as a result, there are some beautiful imperfections that give a certain charm to our creations.

MINIMUMS AND REORDER

For foreign orders, a minimum of €400 excluding tax for the first order and a restock at €200 excluding tax.

We also have minimum quantity requirements on certain products. For regular restocks, we can make exceptions.

After 8 months without restocking, we reserve the right to assign the brand placement to another distributor.

The restock for France is at €300 excluding tax.

SHIPPING COSTS

PAS DE FRANCO

For cash-paid orders, we will send you an invoice with the shipping costs. For orders with deposits, we will include them in the balance of the invoice.

SAV

Vous disposez d'un délai de 10 jours après réception de la marchandise pour effectuer une réclamation en cas de sinistre. Passé ce délai, aucune réclamation ne sera prise en compte.

EXCLUSIVITY AND DEPLOYMENT POLICY

We are committed to maintaining a minimum distance between our various resellers.

In general, we allow about a 10-minute walk between each store.

Despite this, we reserve the right to accept or not accept a closer distributor if there is no restock after 8 months.

For brand exclusivity in small towns, we require a minimum order of €4,500 excluding tax per year.
